Terms:
weekly lets from Saturday 04:00-7:30 pm to Saturday 9:00 am
Arrival at any day within the period 22.04-18.05 and after 14.09 (minimum stay 1 week).

Utilities (water, electricity and gas).

Services not included in rent (pay after arrival):
Administration fee: € 25,00.
Final cleaning: € 85,00.
Bed linen, on request: € 15,00/person/change.
Towels, on request: € 5,00/person/change.
Cradle: available for rental € 20,00/week; free if brought by client.
Pets: allowed on request, only small size, € 50.00/stay.
Security deposit: € 200,00.
