The complex consists of two small villas on the ground floor close to each other. They are both in south-facing and located in loc. Peducelli, in a green and quit area, just 300 meters from Peducelli’s beach and approx.800 meters from the beach of Madonna delle Grazie.

The small villas are well furnished and maintained, each equipped with TV, terrace furnished with table and chairs, outdoor shower. In common to both small villas: barbecue, private covered parking, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Beautiful sea views and beautiful sunsets.

Villetta Verde n. 1 and 2 :
Three-roomed villa 5/6 beds, it comprises living-room with kitchen / dining area and a double pull-out sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and private facilities. Terrace furnished with table and chairs.

Terms:
weekly lets from Saturday 4:00-7:30 pm to Saturday 9:00 am
Arrival at any day within the period 03/05-31/05 and after 13/09 (minimum stay 1 week)

Services included in rent:
Utilities (water, electricity and gas), Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, covered parking.

Services not included in rent (pay after arrival):
Administration fee: € 25,00.
Final cleaning: € 95,00.
Bed linen, on request: € 15,00/person/change.
Towels, on request: € 5,00/person/change.
Cradle: available for rental € 20,00/week; free if brought by client.
Pets: on request, only small size, € 50,00/stay.
Washing machine: € 5,00/for each wash.
Security deposit: € 200,00.
