Between the sea and the picturesque village of Capoliveri, the detached Villa Il Maretto in Tuscan style is surrounded by a pine garden overlooking the sea and the Capo di Stella.

With 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a children’s room with a bunk bed, the house can accommodate a large family (2 – 3 adults / 2 children). The integrated kitchen and the spacious, open-plan living room are equipped with a fireplace and make a stay during the transitional periods enjoyable. Two terraces with seats allow life outside already in spring. Outside shower and private parking place. Washing machine, dishwasher and barbecue.

The small sandy and pebble beach of the Stecchi is only 600 meters away and can be easily reached on foot with a short walk.

weekly lets from Saturday 4:00-7:30 p.m. to Saturday 9:00 a.m.
