Studio apartment (approx. 20 m²), well furnished, completely renovated in 2021, located 10 meters from the sea on the Innamorata beach, one of the most beautiful on Elba and about 5 km from the village of Capoliveri.

The structure is particularly suitable for those who love the beach with the convenience of being just a stone’s throw from the sea.

The apartment has an LCD TV with satellite TV reception, air conditioning, a microwave oven, induction hobs, a small outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs. Parking at a short distance from the apartment.

At the Innamorata beach there are bars, restaurants and a pizzeria, minimarket, dinghy rental and a bathing establishment.

Pets are not allowed.

Studio 3/4 beds, with small kitchenette, double bed and two bunk beds, all foldaway, bathroom with shower and private facilities. It has a small covered outdoor area, furnished with a table and chairs.

Terms:
weekly lets from Saturday 4:00-7:30 pm to Saturday 9:00 am
Arrival at any day within the period 28.04-19.05 and after 22.09 (minimum stay 1 week).

Services  included:
Utilities (water, electricity and gas).

Services not included in rent (pay after arrival):
Administration fee: € 25,00.
Final cleaning: € 60,00.
Bed linen, on request: € 15,00/person/change.
Towels, on request: € 5,00/person/change.
Cradle: available for rental € 20,00/week; free if brought by client.
Parking at ca. 150 meters: € 50,00/week.
Pets: not allowed.
Security deposit: € 200,00.
