Available for guests’ use in each apartment: Internet Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, hair-dryer in the bathroom; comfortable terrace furnished with table, chairs, sun-umbrella; private parking space, shared washing machine. Excellent privacy.

Paima Apartment:
Three-roomed apartment 5/6 beds, it comprises living-room with kitchen / dining area and a double pull-out sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds (can be joined together to form a double bed), bathroom with shower and private facilities. Terrace furnished with table, chairs, sun-umbrella.

Terms:
weekly lets from Saturday 3:30-7:30 pm to Saturday 9:00 am
Non-weekly lets accepted after 14.09 (at least 1 week stay).

Services included in rent:
Utilities (water, electricity and gas), Internet connection, shared washing machine.

Services not included in rent (pay after arrival):
Administration fee: € 25,00.
Final cleaning: € 90,00.
Bed linen, on request: € 15,00/person/change.
Towels, on request: € 5,00/person/change.
Cradle: available for rental € 20,00/week; free if brought by client.
Pets: not allowed.
Security deposit: € 200,00.
