Two two-roomed apartments sleeping 4 people, adjacent and mirroring each other, located on the ground floor in a quiet and flat area, just 700 metres from the beach of Madonna delle Grazie and approx. 2 km from Capoliveri.

Furnished in a simple and functional manner, the flats each have a large veranda furnished with table and chairs, private parking space, Wi-Fi internet connection, and satellite TV. In common with both: masonry barbecue, large outdoor area/garden.

Ideal solution for the stay of two families who nevertheless wish to maintain a certain degree of intimacy, also excellent for creating new friendships!

Le Tre Api Apartments 1 – 2:
Two-room apartments that sleep 4, each consisting of a living room with kitchen/dining area and pull-out double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and en-suite facilities.

Stay:
weekly lets from Sunday 4:00-7:00 pm to Sunday 9:00 am.
Not-weekly lets accepted until 24.05 and after 22.09.

Services included in rent:
Utilities (water, electricity and gas), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking.

Services not included in rent (pay after arrival):
Administration fee: € 25,00.
Final cleaning: € 80,00.
Bed linen, on request: € 10,00/person/change.
Towels,on request: € 5,00/person/change.
Cradle: available for rental, € 20,00/week; free if brought by client.
Pets: on request, € 50,00/stay, only small size.

Security deposit: € 250,00.
