PAYMENTS
DEPOSIT
Bookings will be considered confirmed on receipt, within 5 days of the booking date, of the deposit due, charged on the following basis:
- deposit of 30% for holiday homes and villas.
- deposit of 25% for hotels and serviced apartments.
BALANCE
The balance payable for stays in holiday homes and villas must be paid at our Office on the day of arrival, together with any security deposits and/or costs already specified in the brochure for the individual property booked.
For hotel and serviced apartment bookings, the balance will be paid directly on arrival at the facility.
Booking deposits may be paid by bank transfer or postal order, as specified below:

The lease or travel documents, together with the ferry tickets (if booked) will be dispatched on receipt of the deposit due.
